Apprenticeship services

WHO?

For apprentices or people who’d like to be one. You may be eligible for financial support if you meet Employment Insurance (EI) requirements.

WHAT?

Financial supports may be available for expenses related to your  living expenses, childcare, commuting, living away from home, travel, accommodation costs and disability. This support can make finishing your apprenticeship a lot easier.

Most apprentices are sponsored by employers with whom they are completing the on-the-job part of their apprenticeship.

To be an apprentice, you must be registered in an Industry Training Authority (ITA) approved training program.
